Can you give some more details on the location of the company, where you run, and the type of freight you haul. This might get people interested. Many new entrants would like to find a company to lease to. If you can offer a Good deal and keep them loaded. Finding the business is very difficult task, and if you can do that for the HotShot/LTL hauler, you should get plenty of drivers.
