Ryan's Trucking Co. now leasing o/o in the western half.

For those of you that don't know me I'm Ryan with Ryan's trucking Company. I've been working with Gary at M&H Logistics as a Independent Owner Operator for over a year. In that time I've done pretty good. I'm ready to grow my business now and with Gary's help I'll be taking on lessor's with their own truck & trailer.
With Gary's help I think I've put together a fair lease where leased Owner Operators will be able to succeed. You all know Gary and how he's pro Independent, he's reviewed my lease and approves of it. This will be an all upfront lease that hides nothing. We feel this lease will raise the bar for other companies that lease trucks on. Each leased owner Operator will get a copy of each load confirmation showing the actual price paid for the shipment. This will let you see your getting a true 75% of the rate whether it's a brokered load or a load direct from a shipper. I've also excluded the bogus little fees most carriers charge leased Owner Operators designed to get every last penny out of you guys.
My plan is to take on ten Hotshot Owner Operators but I'll be starting slow and only taking on one or two at a time based in the western half of the country. Potential lessors will need to have at least a one ton dually no older then a 2005 and a trailer with at least 40' of loadable deck space, they'll also need ramps & tie down gear. I personally pull a 45' lowboy and I can tell you first hand this trailer produces a lot more revenue than a 40' trailer. If you can get one of these trailers you'll make more money.
All loads will be built with Gary's dispatch service just like they have built all my loads for the last year.
