ATI can get someone to answer using the local number but I cant get Will to call me back and the others that i spoke to could not answer my questions. Will was who i dealt with and now he never calls me back.Dont know whats going on |

2 timesI called them 2 times.1st time they said someone will call me back about insurance. never did. 2nd time I called, they did not have what they advertized on their site...again a waste of time. Morgan |

When an insurance company doesn't return calls or can't get you help it should raise red flags. What if you had a claim to get settled. How would you do it?
Find another company is my suggestion or at least a different agent. |
