Ok, talked with my permit gal Thursday regarding the UCR status for 08. I was informed that until all the states can get together and decide who is going to take part and who isn't so that the correct fees can be charged. The current 07 will be good until that decision will be made, possible in the spring of 08.

So, if you have the 07 receipt for the UCR, your good until Spring or until they decide.
