We have Hotshot Owner Operators with less than 1 year experiance earning from $16,000.00 to $24,000.00 a month gross. We're much more than a dispatch service. We know the best way to load your truck, where to position the freight, what to load on your trailer first,  ect, ect. Anyone can look at a load board but it takes a trained eye and years of experiance to build decent loads out of whats available. Phillip, Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner I've been real busy everyday getting trucks loaded. I can help you find loads that leave Arkansas heading all over the country and then back home but I don't do much local work in your area. A year since the last post and were still going strong. We're loading several Independent Hotshot Owner Operators everyday.
