Rate sheetsAt some point in time I had saved a rate sheet and an expense calculation sheet off of a forum. Not sure which one. I have search here but can't locate one.
Does anyone know where I might get a copy of them?
I saw one that was an excel spread sheet. I think gremlins got in my computer and removed them.

If you mean a cost per mile calculator and a lot of other forms, I have all kinds, and several CPM calculators.

What I was talking about is actually a rate sheet for what you would charge customers to haul loads. I am trying to get an idea of how much you would charge for loads for example of less than 50 miles where a mileage rate would not provide a decent price for your time.
I also would like the cost per mile calculator.
It would be good to get some input on what others are using for maint/repair in the per mile rate. Not fuel costs but maint/repair and replacement costs per mile.
I am trying to get an idea of what an average cost for duallys is per mile and medium duty trucks also. This could be valuable info if we could get a good response to this.
I think I will set up a poll to see what comes out of it.

I am headed for home this morning. Will get them to you as soon as possible. I charge between $400.00 and $500.00 for the first 100 miles, then $3.00 ++ a mile there after depending on what it is.
Have no problem getting it.
Later tom.
