Trailer TiresI don't know if this is the right heading to post this to, but I have been wondering on a vehicle inspection (such as at a weigh station) can you be placed out of service for trailer tires. I am pretty determined to keep everything in good shape, but don't know how low I can get the tread on the trailer tires before being required to change them. I want to make sure I don't get busted for them but have been wondering what they do if they think they are getting to low. It seems like if the brakes aren't adjusted just right they wear fairly quickly.
