louisiana insurance

does any one have reasonable insurance coverage hotshotting in louisiana? want to get started and quotes i'm getting are 9500.00 and up.
there's got to be something better. any help would be great.

I don't know what rates are like in LA but commercial insurance is high. I paid $8200 for full coverage on my truck including personal use, commercial liability of $1Mil and $100K cargo insurance. Your age and driving experience will affect the price as well.
I understand that Progressive Insurance is now writing policies for hotshot outside of the previous 300 mile limit. Not sure if they do cargo insurance. Their prices are usually better than most.

I can tell you who to avoid, don't get hooked up with Sagamore. If you do you better have some deep pockets. I had 2 trucks with them 1083.00 per month.
Gocart where have you been? Long time no see on here.
Are you getting any loads? How about the horsetrailers?
