Here's a idea. I get calls all over the country for LTL's and Vehicles. I'd like to put together a network of Owner Operator Hot Shots. Here's my plan, if we all post our company name and location and contact information on here we'll be able to call each other when we have something to move in each area. For intance I have a load in Alabama for a hot shot, I just go to my Hot Shot Directory from the numbers posted on here and call Bill or whoevers closest. Same goes for everyone else. We can pass the work around between Hot Shots that are on the directory. Here's another scenario, Bill is on his way to California and needs something taking him back to Alabama. He would have the phone numbers of me and everyone else in California so he justs starts calling when he's heading this way. This idea may take alittle time to get it going but I think it's worth the effort. Some of us might even be able to start building a load for those of us that are on this directory. For instance if Bill's heading this way and he'll be here in 2 days I may start bringing freight back to my yard for bill. I bet Bill likes that idea, LOL. This could turn into something big as time passes? I've just learned in the last 22 years I've been trucking that one man on his owned doesn't get much done but a group can really do things. I'm posting my name on the first reply to this and my contact number and capabilities. Then I'll come back daily and build a directory of Hot hot Owner Operators from whats posted here.

We have a F250 Super Duty and a 29 foot trailer with ramps. We are a mom and pop operation and prefer to stay in the southern states in tne winter months. We do not haul anything over 10,000 pounds, nor hazmat or explosives. We prefer cars, boats and ATV's. We can also pull RV's.

Keep those numbers comming. I've allready started calling some of you about freight in your areas. Everytime I bid on freight I can't cover. I'll call those of you closest to it first and see if you want it. Make sure you all copy the contacts down into your own personal Hot Shot directory. I keep mine right on my desk and if I leave it goes with me on the road. The whole idea is to build a network of hot shots that help each other when they can. Thanks Gary.

We run Vegas to the L.A. basin at twice a week. We also HotShot into SLC and the Phoenix area.

I am located in Montana and will be starting officially on 01/01/2007. I am LEGAL with all numbers and insurance. Have prior experience as o/o and company driver for big trucks.
